     India is not interested in unwantedly fighting with major powers of the world. We want to develop trade relationship with major developing countries of the world like China, Russia, Germany, Japan and so on. We would like to have fast paced economic development in India and abroad. We would like to give a helping hand to Caribbean nations and other countries too. Any country which has a population who are ready to work will get assistance from us.  Seoul will be world's trade centre only for economic issues. There is a view among learned community that Central control won't be a viable solution. But we will have a community of learned people, who will execute my orders. My work will be centered around development of masses and their livelihood.   Every Country has its own form of governance, which is most appropriate to them. No one can consider their form of governance to be superior, nor can they impose other countries with their form of governance. Governance Form of a Country In every country, a form of governance like Capitalism, Socialism, Communism, Aristocracy, Islamic Rule, or Royal Rule is there. Because it is the most suited form of governance in that country. It is their natural form of governance because the people in their respective countries prefer their own form of governance. Other forms will not be suitable for the stability of the country. People will create havoc and chaos and disturb the whole system, if any other form of governance, which is not suited to them is imposed on them by foreign countries, who believe that their system is superior.   Tamil Nadu has been showing poor performance in budgetary allocations and planning. This year's budget is not pro-poor, but poor in development and future planning.
